(1) The Board may, as per necessity, delegate any of the powers conferred to it pursuant to this Act to the Chairperson of the Committee, Executive Director or any officer level employee of the Board.
(2) The Executive Director may, as per necessity, delegate any of the powers conferred to him/her to any sub-ordinate officer level employee.
